FAQ - Terms and conditions
Payment of registration:
Within a few days of registration, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email. All fees are in Danish currency (DKK) and do not include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Payment of registration fees is to be made immediately upon registration.
Binding registration:
Registration for conferences and networking events is binding and cannot be cancelled.
If you are unable to participate in an event, a colleague from the same company may replace you, provided that notification is given of the change no later than 7 days before the start of the conference.
Programme changes before the event:
Should it be necessary to make significant changes to the programme before an event, participants will always be informed as soon as possible. Changes of lecturers, venue or other such minor elements do not constitute grounds for cancellation of registration.
Transportation and accommodations:
SP Business Media Aps recommends transportation and accommodation coordinators but is not responsible for their bookings, quality or prices.
If an event is cancelled:
It may happen that an event is cancelled due to lack of registration, a lecturer’s ”no-show” or another reason. Should this happen, you will be fully reimbursed for your registration fees but SP Business Media Aps cannot be held responsible for expenses incurred by travel and/or accommodation etc. booked by the participant.
